Golfing quickly became a hobby of mine during the 2020 lockdown due to it still being open. I noticed that there weren’t any free offerings for “novice” golfers to track their handicaps. So I quickly threw together this app to manage my handicap and round history for my friends and me.

During the midst of the pandemic, I realized that most people likely only had time to wait at 1 grocery store. So I wanted to maximize recipes based on 1 store using an app. I created this public recipe book API for Trader Joe’s with over 7,000 recipes.

I built this project to learn how to integrate Firebase with React. Besides using Meteor this was my first time connecting React to a “non-API” backend. Expensify is a simple app to track your expenses.
